Change Network Profile from Public to Private

 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\NetworkList\Profiles\Category 

from 0 to 1

 Can use powershell to see current network profile

可以用powershell 去看現在是什麼設定
