Recently I found out if the server in the DMZ and try to remote another server, it have to wait around 10 second before successfuly logon.
When I troubleshoot the issue and I found "Turn off automatic root certificates update" is the root cause
The GPO setting in below
Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Internet Communication Management and click Internet Communication Settings.
SolorWind also have issue
最近發現在沒有NETWORK 出去的電腦, remote desktop 去其他電腦有10 秒左右delay,
后來找出，因為每次remote 都要去更新root certificate 但又出不到去,所以有15秒 delay
