Exchange 2010 cannot find global catalog server after DC upgrace

We have serval DC on Site A, Recently, we had upgraded some of them to Windows 2012R2, after that, the exchange event log say


No global catalog server was found in the local site

Have to restart the ExchangeAD service. to let him recognize AD again
