Change firefox default application to Gmail

在
  1. type about:config in the address bar
  2. find out gecko.handlerServiceAllowRegisterFromDifferentHost
  3. And change the value to true
  4. in the Address bar type javascript:window.navigator.registerProtocolHandler("mailto","https://mail.google.com/mail/?extsrc=mailto&url=%s","Gmail")
  5. And then open up Options under Firefox's Tools menu
  6. Select the Application tab and scroll down to the mailto
